1.  You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a exchange or return. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of the date shown on the delivery slip. We understand that if the item was purchased as a gift it may take longer to find out that it wasn’t right, and provided that the item is in perfect condition, including tags we may grant extension to return the item.
2.   Item(s) must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels, tickets attached, including original packaging where it is applicable. Spanx Shapers, Tights & Pantyhose must not have been removed from the cardboard packet or cellophane inner packet.
3.   Clearance and Sale items are non refundable, exchange is possible if the required size is available. 
4.  If  your item originally shipped for free and you return it for a refund, a shipping fee of $14.99 will be deducted from your refund.                    
5.   Please note that freight costs are non-refundable; refund is for the price of goods only, and
will be given using  the same method the purchase was made.
6.  If the item(s) need to be exchanged, additional freight cost may apply.
7.  Items returned outside of the return timeframe will only be offered a store credit and will be subject to a restocking fee of $25.
We recommend sending your return/exchange via registered post, so you are able to track it if necessary. Australia Post satchels are a convenient way for posting clothing and accessories. Please make sure that the items are well packaged.
Finds For Fabulous Women will not take any responsibility for lost parcels or items that are damaged in transit. Your exchange will be processed in a timely manner (usually 1-2 business days) and new item(s) sent back to you, or the refund will be processed. In busy times or when we attend events it may take longer to process the transaction, so please allow up to 7 business days after receipt of the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when we sent the new items or processed the refund.

If you are in the country area orders can take 6 – 10 working days.Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature.

International Postage - if you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you anywhere.
You will pay the flat overseas freight charge to us and then it will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. If your country is not in our database on checkout, please contact us for assistance.
The rate to New Zealand is $30 for 1 item or $35 for 2 items.
Please note - if you receive free shipping and return your order for a refund or exchange we will charge you $14.99 - this will be deducted from your refund.
